We had yet another marvelous experience (our third!) with Mosaic North Africa. All went seamlessly, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout – able to relax and enjoy all that Algeria has to offer (and there’s a lot!).
Our Guide, Ghanou, was quite knowledgeable and gave us some insights into Algerian history, culture and community that we might not otherwise have uncovered. Moustafa, our driver was very friendly and professional.
Kevin, in the interest of ‘authentic feedback’; we were much less impressed with our Guide in Constantine. I suspect that she might have been a ‘last minute substitute’ (?). While she was quite nice & pleasant, she lacked in-depth knowledge of the places we visited (was unable to answer basic questions or provide background), and we had issues communicating with her (often misunderstanding our discussion).
This said, the tour she gave us of the Mosque- and the insights into the Muslim faith, were a highlight of our visit to Constantine.
