The experience met our expectations. The quality of service was consistent and competent. All of the drivers were excellent. Our safety was important to them. The guides were informative and personable. The people in Algeria were always helpful and respectful.

Communication was essential. The list of phone numbers for contact was a resource for us. It worked. All local contacts in Algeria should be able to call beyond the country’s code. We had an experience with a person who had limited access for calls. We used Whatsapp to resolve the problem. The app could be more prominently noted to provide a resource.

Communication with Mosaic during our trip was excellent. If we had a signal, we had a connection to Mosaic.
